He's back!

I heard a rumour yesterday, and sure enough, Rabbie is getting put back into position on the corner of Bernard/Constitution St. They still seem to be fossicking about with his plinth, so presumably the black bin bag is to protect him from damage. It will hopefully get whipped off on Tuesday which is of course his birthday, but since the tramworks have been months behind schedule at every other point we're not holding our breath.
