Plus... Tubular Bells!

After another day of writing and research it was over to Bury St. Edmunds in the evening to see a concert at the Apex. It's a lovely venue, with great sound and comfortable seating. It was Tubular Bells Live.
They recreate the music of Mike Oldfield, with a large band and vocalists, arranged by Phil Toms, and with one of the guitarists from Mike's touring bands. A pretty good job done, although I was fortunate to see Mike play live four times, so I know what the 'real thing' sounds like too...
