Supper

The theme for Abstract Thursday is "food", so I took a photo of the peppers with tomatoes, olives, capers and slivers of garlic that will be drizzled with olive oil and balsamic vinegar before being put in the oven. The peppers will be served over gorgonzola polenta. Easy to prepare and delicious!

We enjoyed some sunshine today! Not full on sunshine, a mix of sun and clouds, but it was so nice to see some rays and feel a bit of warmth. We went for a good walk and it was a treat not to wear my rain jacket. More sun in the forecast!
