Ignorance Was So Much More Blissful

I am trying to extend my lunchtime walks to add extra workout time so I added up the hill through the woods to my normal village sheep field walk (even though there are no sheep there at the moment, the name seems to have stuck).

Why this extra need for exercise...well Mr Kit did something very mean at the weekend...he bought some bathroom scales. I have never owned any before so have never really watched my weight as I only ever weighed myself when I visited Dad’s. Now I know how much I weigh...I know I need to do something about it and can’t keep ignoring my shrinking clothes! Ignorance was so much more blissful !
