the thistle

Today I decided to take it easy after yesterday running all over the place. I did however go to a Blood Donor Clinic this morning and donated for my 75th time.

I then spent soon time in a local park that was almost deserted still as it was only 4C when I was out. The sun was bright and out of the wind it felt nice. I got this shot of a thistle that was dried up from last year. I looked a good macro type shot for today.

Tonight will be playing with my new Ipad, checking out your photo's, the app works really well on the Ipad.
