Abstract food

Another cold day, windy, cloudy and then sunshine.

A good night's sleep, phoned my friend and went to coffee morning at the church. Did some gardening, filled the bin ready for the dustmen to take tomorrow and had lunch.  This afternoon I went round to K and we went for a walk over the field, glad to get back for a hot cup of tea and biscuit!
