Have been feeling very grumpy today. Think it’s artless because I was expecting the bricklayer and labourer either yesterday or today and it now turns out they’re not coming until next week. That has messed up my plans as to where to put things currently in the kitchen ready for the floor to be screeded on Friday. Haydn is coming tomorrow though to fit the bathroom window and door and move everything for me. And he will be back weds- Friday next week to finish off the skirting boards and plinths etc and start to move down the odd jobs lis. I have had to move some furniture back into the living room temporarily, so I again feel like I’m watching tv in a furniture warehouse. Only until next Wednesday though. Art this morning- flowers with water colours and hair cut and colour this afternoon. Should have gone to a talk about wormeries this evening but couldn’t be bothered and then regretted it!
