A day basically strapped to the laptop after an early start to finish the longlisting work. A lot to do, and the day (another beautiful sunny one….sadly given that I was locked away) passed quickly.
One notable point was the delivery of my new mandoline. If I’m going to make more of the Asian salads we’ve had recently this will help with their prep and all the julienne cutting.
Advert appeared today that I need to grapple with….gulp!
Made some carbonara for supper then another night to bed at 9.30!
