Stayed in today and relaxed. Finished Resident Evil 3 Remake twice today, really fun game. Even better though, was cooking dinner and going to the supermarket to get food. Made crispy noodles and definitely getting better at it in regards to cooking. Flipping the noodles is better now, I’m able to feed the weight of it in the pan and assert the right amount of energy for a perfect flip. I didn’t screw up the corn starch this time and evenly distributed it.

Gotta work in the flavour and ingredients. Loved this dish since I was 5 years old. Keep practicing.
