Mercurial waters

My visits to the lake seem more frequent lately. For good reason - so many brilliant views from different parts of the shoreline and highpoints....

Marcela and me decided to go for a meal this evening in Weir's (It is Saturday after all!), an award winning pub in picturesque Multyfarnham. But on the way we were blown away by the sunset on one of the highest points overlooking the lake.

I took a troll down to the diving boards below and the water radiated and rebounded as if it were mercury. Looks lovely - but I'm not swimming in that!
