Tourist day 2

Our driver aka  Mr PC picked us up around twelve and we headed out to Whitby. First stop the Abbey of course, (we have never seen Whitby with so few people ) it was lovely having the place to ourselves. 

The sun was out but the wind was bitterly cold. After our walk we had a good look around the visitor centre to warm up then we headed down to the town and our next stop for fish and chips at the “Magpie”. 

We needed to burn off the fish and chips so up the 199 steps back to the car. I took loads of photos today but this one was my favourite.

Tonight we have binge watched 4 episodes of “Stay  Close” with James Nesbit.
