Bar door notice

Walking past a bar I saw a man laughing as he read a notice. He showed me why he was laughing!

Coming here is a steep learning curve for a confused person like me.
Still don't understand lots of things like heating controls etc but promised someone will come explain everything and the rules.

No one appeared so I'm still confused!
Will be out all day tomorrow.
