I made bread!
My first loaf. I'm inordinately proud of it :)
It's a wheat free, yeast free, Spelt Soda Bread with sunflower and pumpkin seeds. And pretty damn tasty if I do say so myself. Dad said it was 'soft like concrete' and liable to break his teeth (I did bake it for close on 2 hours because I wasn't convinced it had cooked the whole way through!) but still managed to eat a considerable amount of it and went back for more!
