Cherry Spring School

Today's Expresso bicycle ride in the Texas hill country stopped at the Cherry Spring School, one of Gillespie County Country Schools.

This one was constructed in 1885 and first held 10 students. It was used until 1972 when it was consolidated with others in the county. It's now used as a community center.
