Education!

Today I took part in a zoom class on making a leather headband and blocking veiling.
It was lovely to see some familiar faces on the call, and great to learn a new technique properly.

I learned an  lot… not to use vintage veiling for a first attempt as it’s very fragile, and also I have to cater for glasses.

The class was with the tutor I did the business course with, and it was lovely to see her again too! 

I’m going to practice the headband blocking tomorrow as I’m back in the shop in Sudbury, and I think it would be quite portable!
