Healthy eating

I dropped MrsW off for one of her post stroke psychology sessions and spent the waiting time down at Snettisham for a bit of my own mindfulness this afternoon. Not a huge amount of birdlife going on but a lot of twitchers around. I'm wondering if they'd turned up hoping for a glimpse of the great crested Chris Packham seeing as he's over at Wild Ken Hill doing another Winterwatch for BBC2.
