The final pieces of.......

.....our beautiful speckled pumpkin.  Actually R discovered at the weekend that it had started to rot - from the inside outwards!  We cut it all up and saved what we could.  I have made some soup with that.  I just loved the skin and took quite a few photos of it.

Been trying to sort out insurances, what a nightmare that is these days.  Takes so long online and the questions are totally impersonal.  Much better to speak to a human being really.....or are we obsolete too now?
