Terrific tapas!

It's been a long week to say its only been 4 days. Up early doors, took pete for a blast around the park, then home, breakfast and work.

Into work and then out for a v long meeting that took up most of the morning, pushing back lunchtime to 1pm. Which, turned out to me good as we were able to meet mr Powell at the dragon....welsh rarebit was mine!

A good after and then a quick dash home and back into town again to meet vic, Claire and Triv at iberico for a night out. My bus journey into town was v interesting. A girl jumped on the bus at ikea, and sat next to me. Turns out she was picking furniture with her boyfriend for their soon to be new house.

They argued, and he really shouted at her in the middle of ikea, (humiliated, nasty and not the first time) and stormed off to the car. She gets in the car, but can't be bothered with his rants, and he says 'if you don't want to hear it, get out of the car'....so she did!! Good on you girl!

She asked me for directions to Nottingham station. She's gonna ditch him, it'll cost her, but hey ho, get out now girl!!

Meet up with the girls in the aptly named brass monkey...it's freezing, so a whisky cocktail is mine!

Food at iberico, was delicious! Wine wasn't bad either, nor the sherry aperitif!

Stayed for hours, Claire had this dessert, 'churros and hot choc!' Delish!

Taxi home, tea, bed. Top night.
