A Beautiful Day

It was a beautifully bright and sunny day today, perfect for a walk this morning. Mind you, I was caught out having to spend 5 mins clearing the ice on my car windscreen! H and I walked around and about Sheringham Park for a couple of hours. It was cold in the shadows, but you could already feel the heat of the sun otherwise. So nice to already have lighter days for longer.

There appears to be sharp falls around the World in new cases of Omicron, from incredibly high levels. There is yet another report in a newspaper today of Boris attending a leaving party in Downing St. A new law is being developed in France which has the potential to stop Djokovic and other unvaccinated players from competing in the French Open. Tickets for the Winter Olympics in Beijing in Feb won’t be sold to the general public due to Covid concerns.
