A frosty morning. The car windscreen looked much greyer but this is the colour the phone camera caught and I like it.

No morning walk because I was expecting a phone call at 11 o'clock. No afternoon walk because of the way I felt after the phone call ........ frazzled is the best word I can think of to describe it.

Perhaps I'll get my daily exercise later.
