Lismore

Wonderful day walking round the isle of Lismore - stone circle, broch, castle ruins, views out to Mull & Ardnamuchan … 11 miles, didn’t meet any other walkers.

To get there we took the 10 minute ferry from just outside the hotel - the highlight of both journeys was meeting the operator’s 13-week old patterdale terrier Junior, a little bundle of cuteness & excitement!
