Headed off into town this morning to a couple of exhibitions. This is one of a series of tapestries byAmanda Gizzi at theCity Art Gallery. Interesting exhibition showing how the tapestry department at the art college changed practice over the years. Went over to the Turner exhibition but even though I had a ticket there was a long queue which was moving very slowly so I abandoned that idea. Decided to look for some boots - successfully but sadly not in the sale. Met D and we had a mooch around the new shopping centre. They need a Cos though! Delicious slow cooked lamb and Persian rice with orzo for dinner.
