Emergency Sky Blip

Late afternoon and I suddenly realised that I'd have to be inventive to achieve a blip, so grabbed the camera and checked the back door for signs of pink in case there was a sunset brewing. I took a quick snap of a vapour trail descending through my neighbour's tree before shinning upstairs to view the sky to the northwest, where sunsets are usually best viewed.

And there was indeed a pretty sky, with pearly-pink layers and some fluffy pink candyfloss. but I still preferred the vapour trail as, in large, the plane itself is just visible.
