Not wanting a black Dalek of a plastic compost bin, and not sure what to do yet in a small space, I sunk a small cardboard box in amongst some shrubs (I’m not used to shrubs ... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=69iB-xy0u4A ) and will use this as a temporary solution.
A cycle (far enough to miss the old spot and my cycle routes from there but lots of redwings) and then, after talking to B on the phone this morning, I thought I’d better take some photos of the old place via a jump in the lake.
