More Orange Ladybirds

I found more orange ladybirds this morning in the wood.  I now know of four trees with little clusters of these tiny bugs on the trunks.  I`m sure there are many more, but they are very difficult to see.

Amber was picked up by her family this evening - from the doorstep!
When the skiers arrived back this afternoon they did Covid tests, and one person in their group tested positive.  I have lost track of the current regulations so I don`t know who has to self-isolate, or how long for, but it may mean I can`t have Wee Maggie tomorrow.  I will wait to hear what her Mum has to say later.
I`ve missed Maggie terribly, and I know when she was feeling anxious on holiday at ski school, she was crying that she wanted to go home to Nana and Geordie.  It will be tough if we cant spend time together tomorrow.
