Coffee and Mints

I saw these charming coffee cups and saucers at Colin's the other day and he kindly gifted them to me. There aren't enough mints to go round.

Spent the afternoon watching an enthralling presentation by David Short of his photos of Chernobyl, thanks to the RPS Travel group. I learned more about the place today than I ever have before. Kudos to the Travel Group for giving us the opportunity to hear him.

The fog and frost have lifted. Sunshine this morning but cloudy with a little rain this afternoon. Now I have to try and find out  how to satisfactorily cook pork loin chops. They've inevitably turned out like old boots when I've tried it before.
