Fern

It looked good when we pulled back the curtains this morning but there has been more rain throughout the day, not forecast and not welcome. I put some manure compost around my roses, they should enjoy that. We went for a quick circuit while it was dryish. 
We had a long chat with son number 2 in Canada last night. We are wondering whether we will see each other in person this year, it will be three years this summer since we have seen each other in person. 
A shot of a fern, they are appearing all over the garden as it is so damp out there, ideal conditions together with the abundant moss. I have an issue with I think a squirrel which is helping itself to all my bulbs plants in pots, it’s having a nightly feast. We covered the box planters in the front garden but nor the smaller pots in the back garden.
