What A friend!

The greatest Steeplechase of them all got under starters orders this afternoon at Aintree in Liverpool, the favourite heading the field was Seabass ridden by the only lady jockey in the field.

On going to visit the doctor as a child he sat me down and asked me what I was going to do when i grew up my answer was " to be the First Lady to win to grand national" sadly I never made it as a jockey and sadly Seabass didn't win today's national, which was won by an outsider called Auroras Encore and every horse came home safely.

One runner was called What A Friend owned by Sir Alex Ferguson to those who don't know happens to manage the finest football team in the country( Man Utd) before anyone tries to be funny!!!

As Roo is a Utd fan he was hoping What a Friend would be as successful as his team, sadly not......
