Chess Anyone?

I bought this little end table for $15. I had in mind making a chess table. Two shades of gray and some blue paint, some tape for making stripes and a checkerboard stencil and voila! I wish I could ship this back to my grandson Raleigh, but I think that would cost a fortune. I'll try to find another good home for it-maybe my local library.
