Tread Carefully

A mooch in the woods on a dull afternoon. I tried a few rocks and tree branches to no avail, before this leaf, larger than most, lighter than others, caught my attention. Why this one amongst the thousands lying about, I can't say, but having noticed it, I became a lot more careful where I was walking. I think it's the crispness and the details which interested me.
