Freedom
We went to the Borders near Melrose today to go up the Marilyn, Black Hill. The weather was still boring but there was no wind and no rain. We then went up another wee hill before going to the William Wallace Statue at Bemersyde near Dryburgh. Before today I didn’t know about it but it’s an amazing statue looking over the Eildon Hills. It was the first statue of William Wallace and is more than 6.5 metres tall. We’ll go back when the weather is better.
Best on black.
Today’s entry on the Abstract Fiesta journal is scree.
