Votes for Women!

A breakfast in bed, a crossword, a stroll around the park and lunch. 

We stumbled across this fantastic wall mural about the Votes for Women campaign just over 100 years ago. The blue plaque reads “Bow Heritage Trail, Site of 400 Old Ford Road, East London Federation of the Suffragettes’ Women’s Hall and Cost Price Restaurant. Sylvia Pankhurst & Norah Smyth lived here from 1914 - 1924”
