Quick Chat

We had the briefest of chats this morning but one that meant I managed to establish from her that the party we thought we had to decline for tomorrow could in fact be attended. Her friend lives beside the cathedral, her mum will escort Katie to the rehearsal she has to be at, all is good! I'm hoping the matrons have agreed to it all as I have heard nothing after giving my permission over the phone.

I got a few texts from Katie in the day, to say a parcel I had been looking forward to her getting had arrived and again to say she'd had a great time at extra netball training this morning.
