IT'S SILLY SATURDAY...BUT NOT OFFICIALLY UNTIL FEB

It's a chilly silly Saturday in the Glen so the first silly thing that comes to mind is to ride one's motorcycle on the ice......right?

I found three guys at the Sheboygan Marsh ripping up the ice on their cycles getting prepared for a big sanctioned race next weekend.

The tires tyres are studded with hex-head bolts that give them a pretty good grip on the ice. Not my thing (I'm too old for that kind of abuse) but 50 years ago I would have given it a go. They surely looked like they were having fun.
