The speckled poinsettia

The Feast Day of St Ceowulf.
The weather was very cold and I was indoors most of the day, apart from a short morning walk to enjoy some fresh air and exercise.
I listened to an excellent Christian film on YouTube called A Candle in the Dark, and it gave the story of William Carey, who in 1793 was a missionary in Bengal, India.
