Yay!
A large box was delivered today from "Mindful Chef". We fancied a change from the usual round of...well, mince rounds. The fridge is full to bursting.
So, this week's dinners are going to be...
Tonight - Creamy Tomato Butter Beans and Pesto Tenderstem.
Sunday - Honey Sesame Chicken & Pak Choi Fried Rice
Monday - Feijoada Pork Stew with Steamed Greens
Tuesday - Balsamic Glazed Pork, Celeriac Mash & Sticky Onions
Wednesday - Partridge with Lentil Dahl and Spiced Cabbage.
Thursday - back to mince round (Yay!)
The box comes with all the ingredients you need except salt, pepper and cooking oil. They give you a choice of 20 recipes every week.
This could be the future - no more trawling around Tesco hunting for something called a banana shallot.
