Modern Britain

The old adage has it that we're never more than six feet away from a rat. Sadly, it's probably also true that in present day Britain you are never more than six feet from the nearest pile of dog ordure.  There is at least one in the photograph, lying on the marram grass overlooking the Ythan estuary.
