A Load Of Old Discards

Today was Skip Day....not that we spent the whole day down there of course.  But we awoke to Monday drizzle and concluded that today was going to be more of a bit of doing and a also a bit of relaxation.

So after breakfast, I was in the garage collapsing the boxes that I had previously removed from Currys In The Loft. while Mrs IU concentrated on the garden aspect of rubbish....chopped down folliage etc. or bushes that had gone out of favour.

We have to book pre-arranged times for our Refuse Collection Site which was mid afternoon, so after some reading (me) and puzzles/crossword thingies for Mrs IU and then a late luch, it was time to get the stuff into the car, all the time wondering what I could photograph today.  

The answer came as I was making an exit from the site when I passed the skip that contained a variety of electronic discards.. I quickly got out of the car, composed what I wanted, and took the shot, wondering in my mind if there was a CCTV filmimg me taking photos of a load of old discards....was I planning on sneaking back at night to remove the best things in the skip having scrutenized the contents of my photo.  It's on a "Need To Know" basis.

And then after all that excitement, I forgot to upload the photo, so to put evreyone out of their sheer worry as to whyh there is a blank in my calendar for Monday 10th January....here it is.  I just hope it was worth it lol.
