Goldfinch...

I set out determined to get a bird in flight today... I wanted something extra special for this day...
However, none of the images I took matched up to my expectations.. my ability does not match my aspirations...
Maisy chose this bird as her favourite one..

We went to Calke Abbey for a walk around the estate and maisy wanted to photograph the lambs... it was a beautiful warm and sunny day and everyone was out and about .. our afternoon ended with a cream tea in the tearoom (well outside actually so Milly could sit with us) now it is back to the grindstone of assignments and homework..
