Stromberg Gold

It is such a small world around here... I need the correct Stromberg carburetor for the Gibson tractor. The guy that rebuilt the magneto for that old Gibson tractor mentioned that the local farm and equipment auction had a box of carburetors for sale but you have to bid on them... I went to the auction house and took a look at what might be in the box... When you find what you need how much do you bid? I went through the bidding sign up process and put a bid in on it and 5 minutes later someone bid it up. (Shocked,) This online auction is going on for the whole next week... I need a strategy as this is the Gibson 6 hp engine carburetor that I need...  :)
