Flowering

Time to start the floral blips. Out with the dog for a walk late afternoon and came across this tree in full bloom. I think it is an early flowering almond.

The weather has been so mild that the temperatures may have caused it to flower early. In any event it provided a splash of colour.

I still fear the plants will get a shock when the weather turns. But not for a week or so it seems.

Still, we have a few weeks to go before winter is over. What month was the Beast from the East?
