Getting close to home (thankfully says Dudley)

Another blue sky day but still cold. Another chance for a stroll over the fields but further than last time. The route was muddy, flooded at times and there were places where horse's hooves had made quite deep holes. Dudley was flying around like a lunatic and his legs went into these holes several times. His legs are very skinny and I worried he could hurt himself but no, he just kept on doing it. He did get very muddy and ended up very tired.
Home, warm bath, chewy stick and lie down in front of the fire and snooze. A dogs life or what.
