Reminders

At last night's yoga practice, I got to see my good friend, and fellow teacher, Jeanine.  We practiced regularly together in the before times, attending workshops, teacher trainings and crossing paths on a regular basis.  

As her class winds down, she walks through the room and drops a hand written message on the top of your mat.  I've got a number of them and rotate them between the board and my desk.  

I told her about it last night and she was glad to hear that they're a part of my everyday experience.
