High school

Melissa turned 23 today! Ethan and I went to her birthday shindig and I had my annual catch up with all of my high school friends. Some I was close to, some I wasn't. But it was really nice and I'm happy I stayed for as long as I did even though I have class tomorrow morning. Eep!

I met Melissa thanks to Rebecca in the heart club. Although I joined heart club because of Elisa in 10th grade, and met Rebecca through my acting class. I know, a little circle. But anyhow, Melissa is one of the funniest and craziest people you'll meet with an interesting sense of humor. We're being realistic though and when saying goodbye we both settled on the fact that we won't be hanging out till the summer. But that's okay. Measure of friendship isn't how often you see each other, it's how you spend the time, and I think we spend it well :)


side note: we all kept saying how crazy it is that it's been 5 years since we graduated HS. Talk about feeling old. We also simultaneously realized we're still babies who live at home and still don't wanna grow up.
