Shakers

I love the design of these retro shakers that graced Barbara's stall at the West Norwood FEAST. The day was much colder than that back in April. Caroline and I wrapped up warm and drank copious amounts of tea.

In the evening, we had guest passes from our friend Simon, the bassist of the Trembling Bells, for his London gig. For the first time, he didn't have to sleep on our or anyone else's sofa bed - his management had booked a hotel! I'm sure this had something to do with the fact that the band's touring with Bonnie Prince Billy. The gig was fantastic from start to finish. The band sounded great in the Union Chapel.
