Framing The Light
Most days the dilemma facing me is which version of my chosen subject best reflects my vision. Today in contrast I had six different subjects from which to make a selection. It was a decision I found hard to reach. In the end it was the light that engaged me the most.
I liked the arching branch which frames the sunlit grass straddling a fallen tree. The foreground in shadow, is cooler, in contrast to the warmth in the centre. The image has a Tales of the Riverbank feel to it, leading me to imagine animals scampering about when I'm not there.
