Moon 86.0% Waxing Gibbous 13th January 2022

I was just going out the door to work when the Moon was bright and just waiting for me to photograph it. I gave myself two mins to get to work so I clocked in at 4:02pm ;-) Was a bit out of breath but hey ho its got to be done.
I have been contemplating getting a very expensive new lens. I wanted to get it last year but decided I didn't know enough about it and it was more towards video rather than stills.
However I have found a guy on Flickr who's been using it for stills and I am very impressed. 
Every year I seem to have one item I must have. So this is my new venture. 

I found it cheaper on Amazon than from the actual main shop (they were the sellers on Amazon) So I sent numerous facebook messages to the shop with no reply. 
I then emailed the shop while at work and within 40 mins had a reply saying the teams that do the pricing on their products are different teams???? Why would you have different teams of people doing the pricing.....hence the amazon price was £200 less than the main shop online. 
The main shop then said if I still wanted to buy that lens they had just levelled the price to match the amazon one. With a £200 drop I had to go for it.
I will blip the lens in question when it arrives. 
I am extremely excited about it. I really want this year to be an excellent years photography and I do have a good feeling this year.
