Frosty Morning

It was just Phil & I for golf this morning but what a beautiful morning it was: very cold, frosty and a touch of mist; it certainly put a spring in our step and, although only 14 holes were open again and all but one were on temporary greens, it made for a very enjoyable round. We were both hitting the ball well too although putting was a total lottery.

Tess & I spent the afternoon cooking -lentil & bacon soup (me) and apple cake (Tess) as my sister and brother-in-law are calling in for lunch tomorrow.
