Serendipity

Still trying to stay in and keep warm while my sinuses heal, it was just too nice so Meg and I set off through Hendy farm and up onto the open access land beyond.   No sheep when we arrived so Meg could run free.   Mostly she wanted to chase ball or stick so there was no danger of losing her .... just a risk of tripping over her as she dances in front of me waiting for the throw!    Mostly it was the rubber stick today - balls roll downhill.

As we turned around the sun was setting over the sea beyond the town and we were treated to a fly past - well right overhead - from the local microlite.    Also as we turned it became clear that the farmer with his dog shepherding sheep from a field across the railway from us, was in fact coming our way.   Ten minutes later we were looking back up to where the pic was taken - at a field full of sheep.   Glad we had it to ourselves for those few minutes.
