Behind the Scenes at the Smithsonian

Today I was lucky enough to take part in a behind-the-scenes Twitter tour at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History. We met three curators, including a curator of American music who looks after the jazz collection. As a big Ray Charles fan, I was super excited to see some of his personal memorabilia - like his famous trade mark sunglasses!
